Laxmi Techno Plast Limited Has Appointed  Nepal SBI Capital As Its IPO Sales Manager - IPO News Nepal

Laxmi Techno Plast Limited (LTPL) plans to issue an IPO to the general public, offering 1,400,000 units of shares with a face value of Rs. 100 each, totaling Rs. 14,000,000 (fourteen crores only) excluding the premium amount.

The role of managing the IPO issuance and sales has been entrusted to Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited (NSMBL). The agreement was formalized through signatures from Mr. Anjani Nandan Maru, Managing Director of Laxmi Techno Plast Limited, and Mr. Lekhnath Pokhrel, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited.
